Your Story:
Born in America to a half-Cherokee mother and British sailor, Helen Fury grew up at sea, docking in England just long enough during the school year to escape suspicion by child protection authorities. Fortunately, between these interludes Fury developed a love of speed, heavy machinery, and salty women. Now that she's all grown up and started a life amongst the land lubbers, Fury channels her need for angry currents into taking out other women on the derby track. She's a loyal mate, and great with a compass, but beware - Hell hath no Fury like this skater scorned.


Likes:
Japanese baths, roller skating for transportation, sewing, Radio 4 documentaries, burritos, and giving surprises

Dislikes:
Fake food, fake people, arrogance, and especially arrogant fakes. And organ meats.

Memorable Derby Moment:
First roller derby practice ever - with the Blitz Dames in April 2007.
